secondary focus is Refining existing skills such as hand eye co-ordination,
listening and self awareness.
Topic: Catch or Bounce & Ball Change
Gender: Male & Female
Pupils Level: Students
will have some experience with the game in general but may not be familiar with
the rules.
Pupils Age: 3-4
years old
Aims of session: The aim of
the session is to help the main three areas of development as the Cognitive,
Affective and the Psycho-Motors.
Cognitive domain: Children will identify functions of
different items, and make a decision accordingly
Affective domain: Children will experience excitement and
this makes them feel happy.
Psycho-Motor domain: Children will move: run, catch or
bounce
Learning Outcomes: The game force children to listen carefully, identify the items,
and act accordingly! It makes them successful, and happy Children will practice
gross, and fine motor skills, they will also learn listening skills.
Equipments: Lots of space
One
ball for Catch or Bounce & 4 golf balls, 4 ping pong balls, 4 tennis balls,
4 cricket balls for Ball Change

Warm up 8-10 minutes
Trow the dice! Clapping and counting game.
In the area of the badminton court children create a horse shoe shape teacher in center
Rules, as you explain it to
children:
-I throw the dice! Look what the
number is on the top! Clap your hands as many times as much dot you see. Take
care, if you see only one dot on the top of a dice, don't clap just turn
around.
The children who is the closest
to the dice will throw next.
The game force children to listen
carefully, to count and act! It makes them successful, and happy.
Children
will play for 3 minutes and repeat the game.

A child should catch the ball and throw it back to you. -"Chair!" (throw the ball to another child), A child should bounce the ball back to you. |

Cool Down: 10 minutes
Get children to lie down for 30 seconds,
and then ask them to wake up and get out of bed (SLOWLY).

Giant steps to the wall and back.
Children walk through the land of dwarves and do the actions on
teacher commands. (Teacher demo)
Children go on their hunkers to the wall.
Children will now form a circle and put their hands together
and clap for a good lesson.
